Abstract: A connector for a collapsible container having a container outlet fitting, the connector including a container cap for mounting on a container outlet fitting, a coupling insert for attaching to the container cap, and a coupling body, with the coupling insert and coupling body having interengaging means for connecting the body to the insert and for disconnecting the body from the insert, with the coupling body having an outer end for connection to a hose line. The container cap has a flange with a threaded opening and the coupling insert has a threaded end for mounting in the container cap flange, and the container cap further has a first annular rim projecting from the flange for insertion into a container outlet fitting.

Abstract: A system for selectively dispensing condiments for items of food, including a plurality of condiment containers, a dispenser head having a plurality of input passages, an outlet nozzle, and valves for controlling fluid flow from each of the input passages to the outlet nozzle, a plurality of fluid flow lines, with a line connecting each condiment container to a corresponding dispenser head input passage, and a fluid pump in each of the fluid flow lines whereby an operator can dispense selected condiments from the nozzle onto a food item. Abstract: An apparatus for dispensing measured amounts of liquor from a liquor source under pressure. The apparatus includes a hand held nozzle with a thumb operated plunger valve and with the nozzle connected to the liquor source and a source of gas under pressure via a control valve and a liquor storage cylinder. Manual actuation of the dispenser valve on the nozzle controls the control valve which in turn actuates the storage cylinder to dispense the metered amount of liquor, with the storage cylinder being powered by the liquor source and with the control valve being powered by the gas source.
