  • Patent number: 11116070
Abstract: Provided are interconnect circuits and methods of forming thereof. A method may involve laminating a substrate to a conductive layer followed by patterning the conductive layer. This patterning operation forms individual conductive portions, which may be also referred to as traces or conductive islands. The substrate supports these portions relative to each other during and after patterning. After patterning, an insulator may be laminated to the exposed surface of the patterned conductive layer. At this point, the conductive layer portions are also supported by the insulator, and the substrate may optionally be removed, e.g., together with undesirable portions of the conductive layer. Alternatively, the substrate may be retained as a component of the circuit and the undesirable portions of the patterned conductive layer may be removed separately. These approaches allow using new patterning techniques as well as new materials for substrates and/or insulators.

  • Patent number: 11110667
Abstract: Systems and methods are provided for facilitating fabrication of a composite part. An illustrative method includes loading a Numerical Control (NC) program that directs layup of tows by a fiber placement machine to create a laminate for curing into a composite part, identifying tow information recited in the NC program, applying inputs based on the tow information to a neural network that has been trained with measurements describing tow placement within other laminates that have been laid-up, and reporting likelihood of a fabrication discrepancy that is out of tolerance, based on an output of the neural network.

  • Patent number: 11075853
Abstract: A resource prioritization system and method for processing request communications by prioritizing resources based on obtainment parameters and establishing communication channels. The resource prioritization system and method may receive a request from a user device. The request can include content related to a request specification and can be associated with a request location. The resource prioritization system and method can process the request to identify one or more resources having one or more characteristics corresponding to the request content and associated with resource locations near the user location. A communication channel can then be established between the user device and a device associated with an identified resource, such that the user can submit queries to the resource and receive query responses.

  • Publication number: 20210216178
Abstract: Techniques and systems for receiving and using a customization file are provided, including a computing device, a method, or a computer-program product. For example, a method may include receiving a customization file that includes customized content for customizing a communication interface overlay. The method may further include accessing native application code and executing the native application code to run a native application. The method may further include accessing a compiled set of code that is separate from the native application code. The compiled set of code is accessible by the native application code. The method may further include executing the compiled set of code, wherein a default file of the compiled set of code provides a native communication interface overlay, wherein the native communication interface overlay is overlaid over a graphical interface of the native application, and wherein the native communication interface overlay allows communication with a resource of a third-party.

  • Publication number: 20210157557
Abstract: Systems and methods for performing dynamic code management, such as dynamic management of JavaScript tags in webpages or code segments in native applications, are disclosed. A user device loading a web or native application can access a factor, such as a user device-specific attribute or a piece of content of the webpage or native application being loaded. That factor can be applied to a rule that is evaluated (e.g., by the user device or a code server) to select one or more desired segments of code (e.g., JavaScript tags or native application code) to be executed by the user device from a pool of available code (e.g., pre-embedded code or dynamically injected code).

  • Patent number: 10981730
Abstract: An auger system having an auger with an internal measurement system that is contained within the auger. The measurement system has a power source located within the auger and a sensor for measuring at least one condition within the auger. The measurement system is connected to the power source and a transmitter is powered by the power source to transmit a signal from the sensor. A receiver receives the signal from the transmitter and is spaced from the transmitter. The signal is then sent to a control system that compares the signal to a predetermined value to determine whether the condition measured is within an acceptable range. The control system may alter inputs into components for moving the auger until said condition is within an acceptable range.

  • Patent number: 10974311
Abstract: A method and apparatus for positioning an end effector relative to a fuselage assembly. The end effector is positioned relative to an expected reference location for a reference point on the fuselage assembly using data from a first metrology system. After positioning the end effector relative to the expected reference location, an actual reference location for the reference point on the fuselage assembly is identified using data from a second metrology system. The end effector is positioned at an operation location based on the actual reference location identified.

  • Publication number: 20200387401
Abstract: The present disclosure relates to systems, methods, and computer readable media for predicting deployment growth on one or more node clusters and selectively permitting deployment requests on a per cluster basis. For example, systems disclosed herein may apply tenant growth prediction system trained to output a deployment growth classification indicative of a predicted growth of deployments on a node cluster. The system disclosed herein may further utilize the deployment growth classification to determine whether a deployment request may be permitted while maintaining a sufficiently sized capacity buffer to avoid deployment failures for existing deployments previously implemented on the node cluster. By selectively permitting or denying deployments based on a variety of factors, the systems described herein can more efficiently utilize cluster resources on a per-cluster basis without causing a significant increase in deployment failures for existing customers.

  • Patent number: 10846143
Abstract: Predicting capacity of shared virtual machine (VM) resources by generating estimated remaining capacities (ERCs) for computing clusters within a virtualization system rather than continuously monitoring actual remaining capacities (ARCs). Generating ERCs for a virtualization system's computing cluster(s) by using physical resource allocation flux data and/or VM type exchange probabilities provides benefits over continuously monitoring ARCs. The physical resource allocation flux data may correspond to commissioning and decommissioning VMs into the cluster and may be obtained during a blind period when current ARCs are unknown. For example, the physical resource allocation flux may be an indication of how many instances of each VM type are commissioned and/or decommissioned from the cluster over a time interval of interest.
