The system defines an attribute identifier for the aggregation attribute, where the attribute identifier defines the attribute of the document whose data values are automatically aggregated by the aggregation function. The system further defines one or more filters for the aggregation attribute, wherein the one or more filters define the components of the document whose data values are automatically aggregated by the aggregation function.

A classification position may be determined based on the query. For example, a node in a hierarchy may be determined. Ancestor and descendant positions in the classification may also be determined, such as ancestor and descendant nodes for the current node. A plurality of items is then determined for the classification position, ancestor position, and descendant position. The plurality of items that are determined may then be displayed to a user in response to the query.

Abstract: A method of reinstating requisition demands using information from a canceled purchase order in an enterprise accounting computer system may include identifying canceled purchase order distributions in the canceled purchase order. The method may also include generating new requisition distributions based on the canceled purchase order distributions, and generating new requisition lines for the new requisition distributions. A count can be maintained to capture how many times a phrase was used for search within the specific time period, and used to rank the frequency of the search phrases. Search phrases that exceed that time period may be purged. The accumulated counts and associated search terms can be provided to the managers periodically and/or upon request in the form of a summary or other graphical and/or textual report or presentation.

The system includes a software application provider server that deploys a software application and a role hierarchy enumerating a list of roles and features of the software application that each role in the list of roles is licensed to use in accordance with a license agreement. The software application provider server further comprises a role examiner server that determines whether the deployed software application is being used in compliance with the software license. The system also includes a customer enterprise application server that receives the deployed application and role hierarchy and enables use of the application to customer employees based on their assigned roles. The customer enterprise application server comprises a role directory server that responds to queries from the role examiner to maintain conformance with the software license.
