Abstract: A method of tracking a medical instrument comprises receiving a model of an anatomical passageway formation and receiving a set of ordered sensor records for the medical instrument. The set of ordered sensor records provide a path history of the medical instrument. The method further comprises registering the medical instrument with the model of the anatomical passageway formation based on the path history. The method further includes displaying a virtual visualization image in a display system, the virtual visualization image being based on the registering of the medical instrument with the model of the anatomical passageway and depicting a rendered view of the model of the anatomical passageway from a perspective of the medical instrument within the model of the anatomical passageway.

Abstract: A method for graph-based spatiotemporal video segmentation and automatic target object extraction in high-dimensional feature space includes using a processor to automatically analyze an entire volumetric video sequence; using the processor to construct a high-dimensional feature space that includes color, motion, time, and location information so that pixels in the entire volumetric video sequence are reorganized according to their unique and distinguishable feature vectors; using the processor to create a graph model that fuses the appearance, spatial, and temporal information of all pixels of the video sequence in the high-dimensional feature space; and using the processor to group pixels in the graph model that are inherently similar and assign the same labels to them to form semantic spatiotemporal key segments.

Abstract: A method of route convergence, a routing device, and a main control board in the routing device are provided herein. The method includes receiving route information from multiple neighbor routing devices; selecting a route among the received route information, and applying the selected route to update an FIB of the main control board; and delivering the selected route to an interface board after confirming that the route information from the multiple neighbor routing devices is received and the route selection is completed.

Abstract: A switch and a method of manufacturing the switch are provided. In one embodiment, the switch comprises a switch assembly adapted to receive a first force in a first direction; and a protective member arranged on a substrate and adapted to receive the switch assembly, the protective member comprising a spring portion applying a second force to the switch assembly in a second direction that is opposite to the first direction, the switch assembly being adapted to be moved relative to the substrate in response to the first force exceeding a predefined threshold value. The switch is capable of absorbing excessive energy by a force applied on the switch, thus preventing the excessive energy breaking the substrate to which the switch is mounted.

Abstract: A method, device, and system for processing Border Gateway Protocol (BGP) route are provided, which relate to the field of network communication technologies. The method includes: receiving a BGP route sent by a BGP neighbor; obtaining a route prefix of the BGP route according to the BGP route; determining, according to the route prefix, a BGP route storing and processing module corresponding to the route prefix; and sending the BGP route to the determined BGP route storing and processing module, so that the BGP route storing and processing module processes the received BGP route. A device and a system for processing BGP route are also provided. Therefore, the processing efficiency of the BGP route is improved, and the high extensibility is realized.

The portable memory constitutes a system itself, and thus can perform encryption/decryption operations independent of external systems, resulting in a reduced cost. The present invention also provides a method of encrypting a portable memory.

Abstract: A remotely adjustable lighting device configured to an operational mode customized for the geographic location of the device. The lighting device is powered by a battery provided with solar charging. The lighting device, under control of an integral controller, is turned off and on for an illumination period as a function of both local sunrise and sunset times determined by a combination of time and date information and GPS positioning. The luminosity of the lighting device is autonomously controlled as a function of battery charge and the determined required illumination period. The solar charging system is oriented by the controller to optimize its energy collection by periodical adjustments.
