In an example method, a first switch receives a target signaling packet that is sent by a second switch in a case in which a network congestion status is a target network congestion status. The target signaling packet carries flow source information. The first switch sends, based on the target signaling packet, target flow control information to a network device corresponding to the flow source information. The target flow control information is used to indicate flow control.

Abstract: systems and methods are presented for passively authenticating users of a native application running on a mobile communications device. The user may be applying for a service, product, access, etc. from a provider computing system. A unique device identifier of the device may be acquired and provided to a first computing system. A mobile telephone number associated with the device may be received at the device. User information may be accepted from the user via a user interface of the device for entry into a set of fields. The mobile telephone number may be verified by determining, via a second computing system that is different from the first computing system, that the mobile telephone number is associated with the user information. The service/product/access for the user may be approved in response to verification of the mobile telephone number. The user may be authenticated without challenge questions.

The fabric comprises a Ultra High Molecular Weight Polyethylene (UHMWPE) material and a sheet shaped wollastonite filler. The sheet shaped wollastonite filler is treated with a coupling agent and mixed with the UHMWPE material. A thickness of the sheet shaped wollastonite filler is less than 10 micrometers (?m). The method comprises providing the sheet shaped wollastonite filler having a thickness of less than 10 ?m and treating the sheet shaped wollastonite filler with a coupling agent at a first predefined temperature to obtain a uniform solution. The method further comprises mixing the uniform solution with a fiber solution comprising UHMWPE resin at a second predefined temperature.

In this application, a network device obtains time information of one or more congestion packets in a sent first data stream, where the one or more congestion packet carries a flag indicating a congestion notification. When the first data stream is congested, the network device obtains a first congestion notification packet based on the time information of the one or more congestion packets in the first data stream, where the first congestion notification packet notifies that a packet is congested beyond a first specified interval. The network device then sends the first congestion notification packet. According to the solutions in this application, a rate of a data stream can be prevented from being increased when the data stream is congested, and packet transmission efficiency is improved.

Within the first duration, when the network device indicates the terminal to report measurement results of the NR cell and another cell, the terminal only reports the measurement result of the other cell, but does not report the measurement result of the NR cell.
