    Abstract: A method for desensitizing a metal alloy such as an aluminum (Al) alloy is presented. The surface of the alloy is treated by controlled laser beam irradiation. The scanning laser beam heats the alloy to reach a relative low temperature between a solvus temperature and a soften/annealing temperature of the metal alloy to controllably reduce the degree of sensitization (DOS) of the metal alloy. The locally rapid heating and cooling effects produced by scanning the laser can improve the future sensitization resistance of the metal alloy, reduce the average desensitization temperature applied, and maintain the mechanical properties of Al alloy at the same time.

Indoor remolding rock cores or in situ site rock cores without hydrate can be scanned by CT; a sediment matrix image stack and a pore image stack are obtained by gray threshold segmentation; then, a series of pore-filling hydrate image stacks with different saturations are constructed through image morphological processing of the pore image stack such as erosion, dilation and image subtraction operation; and a series of digital rock core image stacks of the pore-filling hydrate sediment with different saturations are formed through image subtraction operation and splicing operation to provide a relatively real 3D model for the numerical simulation work of the basic physical properties of a reservoir of natural gas hydrate.

The present disclosure provides guidance for an optimal scheduling decision of the MES system by properly regulating a traveling path and charging and discharging power of the MES system, thereby supporting high-reliability operation of the power distribution network.

    Abstract: A non-invasive time domain reflection probe calibration method includes: using different volume ratio of ethanol and deionized water mixed solution to calculate a test target's medium weight coefficient and waveguide length of the non-invasive time domain reflection probes; using different concentrations of NaCl solutions to calibrate a waveguide geometric dimensioning of the non-invasive time domain reflection probes; preparing compacted soil samples with known different moisture contents and densities, and calibrating a correlation parameter of compacted soil samples' dielectric constant and conductivity with moisture content and density. The method not only determines the sensitivity of the test target medium of the non-invasive time domain reflection probes, but also obtains the waveguide length and geometric dimensioning of the probe, and realizes an accurate test of moisture content and density of the soil.
