  • Publication number: 20200220439
Abstract: In some embodiments, a system may include an electrical motor including a cylindrical rotor including an inner circumferential magnetic array and an outer circumferential magnetic array spaced apart by an air gap. The electrical motor may further include a stator including a circumferential array of coils sized to fit within the air gap and a plurality of power electronic circuits. Each power electronic circuit of the plurality of power electronic circuits may independently control current to one or more coils of the circumferential array of coils.

  • Publication number: 20200208628
Abstract: A pump system may include a plurality of motors coupled to a shaft and configured to cause the shaft to rotate, and a power end coupled to the shaft. The power end may include a plurality of yoke frames, each of which may include one or more push rods. The pump system may further include multiple fluid ends coupled to the power end. Each fluid end may include a cylinder chamber including a piston-plunger assembly configured to couple to one of the one or more push rods of the power end. The pump system may also include a device to disconnect or isolate one or more of individual piston assemblies, or one or more of the multiple fluid ends. The pump system may also include a multiplicity of controllers which may enhance performance, reliability, and operating life in a number of modes and conditions in a health management method.

  • Publication number: 20200088202
Abstract: An integrated fracking system may include one or more fuel systems, one or more power generation systems, one or more low-pressure fluid mixture feed units, one or more pumping units, and a control system. The control system may include a computing system accessible by an operator to manage one or more operating parameters and may include a plurality of distributed control elements. In some implementations, the integrated fracking system may include a comprehensive control system, which may include the computing system and the distributed control elements to provide integration of one or more stages of delivery of fracturing solids and fluids to the well. The comprehensive control system may include sensors, control logic, and other components, which may be distributed through various elements of the fracking system and which may be configured to independently and, in conjunction with other components, manage the health of the system.
