    Abstract: The present disclosure discloses an artificial intelligence-enabled electronic furniture system with air purifier. The system comprises an assembly including a table top with a plurality of near field communication (NFC) devices placed at a predetermined position for communication between two or more devices. The system further comprises a speaker enclosure associated with the table top through a plurality of first connecting means present at the bottom of the speaker enclosure. An air purifier compartment is attached to the speaker enclosure through a plurality of second connecting means. Further, the air purifier compartment comprises a UV filter configured to inactivate airborne pathogens and microorganisms from the air. A motor mount includes an electric motor with a fan. A plurality of legs attached to the assembly and are used to support the constructed table. The system further includes a platform for controlling the air purifier using the near field communication (NFC) device.

    Abstract: A defect inspection system provides an image of a surface of a hard drive media to a machine learning model that is trained to identify predefined classifications of abnormal surface patterns on the hard drive media, each of the predefined classifications being associated in system memory with a severity indicator. The defect inspection model analyzes the image and generates and output indicating that the image includes a pattern consistent with a select classification of the predefined classifications of abnormal surface patterns. When the severity indicator for the select classification satisfies a failure condition, the defect inspection system automatically implements a corrective action.

    Abstract: In an embodiment, a method for producing optoelectronic semiconductor devices includes applying a temporal spacer to protect a light-exit face of an optoelectronic semiconductor chip by applying a photoresist onto a first carrier, subsequently developing the photoresist in places thereby forming the temporal spacer and subsequently mounting the optoelectronic semiconductor chip onto a side of the temporal spacer facing away from the first carrier, forming a reflector in a lateral direction directly around the optoelectronic semiconductor chip and around the temporal spacer, subsequently removing the temporal spacer so that the reflector extends beyond the light-exit face and applying an optical element onto the reflector so that a gap exists between the light-exit face and a light-entrance face of the optical element.
