Patent number: 11518559Abstract: Described herein is an arrangement (1) for guiding a wire in a wire binding machine (3), wherein the arrangement (1) comprises a guide member (5) and a first spring (7) arranged to act with a first spring force against the guide member (5), wherein the guide member (5) is arranged to bear against the wire and act against the wire with said first spring force in order to guide the wire during a wire binding process when the wire moves relative to the guide member (5). The guide member (5) is arranged so that a movement of the guide member (5) substantially away from the wire is allowed in order to reduce friction forces between the guide member (5) and the wire during the wire binding process, so that locking of the wire against the guide member (5) is prevented. Also described herein is a wire binding machine (3) comprising an arrangement (1).Type: GrantFiled: April 4, 2018Date of Patent: December 6, 2022Assignee: HUSQVARNA ABInventors: Magnus Karlsson, Lennart Gustafsson

Patent number: 8540811Abstract: A scrubber for the cleaning of gases containing several scrubber stages (1-4), where the scrubber stages are arranged in a scrubber tower with the different stages at different levels above each other in the scrubber tower. At least one of the scrubber stages (2-4) above the lowest scrubber stage (1) comprises, according to the invention, a ring-shaped tank (10, 15, 20) arranged inside the scrubber tower, which ring shaped tank (10, 15, 20) is arranged surrounding a central channel (9, 14, 19) through which the gas that is to be cleaned can pass upwards.Type: GrantFiled: February 16, 2005Date of Patent: September 24, 2013Assignee: Gotaverken Miljo ABInventors: Ulf Hagg, Lennart Gustafsson

Patent number: 8196514Abstract: The invention relates to a warhead comprising a first and a second part, the parts being arranged relative to one another along a longitudinal axis, the first part comprising a first explosive section, a casing, and a plurality of projectiles enclosed in the casing. The second part comprises an element designed to control the working of the warhead as a function of a control signal. The fact that the functioning of the warhead can be controlled means that the warhead can defeat a plurality of different targets, which makes the warhead versatile.Type: GrantFiled: January 14, 2005Date of Patent: June 12, 2012Assignee: BAE Systems Bofors ABInventors: Lennart Gustafsson, Torsten Rönn

Patent number: 6112831Abstract: A handle frame (20;20.sup.1 ;120) for a portable power tool, wherein the portable power tool comprises a housing (10), a hammer mechanism (13) provided in the housing (10), and an elongate working implement (12) having an impact receiving end extending into the housing (10) for receiving impacts in a longitudinal direction from the hammer mechanism (13). The handle frame includes two parallel elongate side members (21) disposed on opposite sides of the housing (10) and extending in a first plane (x--x) parallel to a tool application direction, each of the side members (21) having a forward end portion (21a) located in the tool application direction and a rear end portion (21b) located in a direction opposite to the tool application direction. Mountings (16,17) are provided on the side members (21) for connecting the handle frame to the housing (10) of the portable power tool in a vibration damped manner.Type: GrantFiled: May 4, 1998Date of Patent: September 5, 2000Assignee: Atlas Copco Berema AktiebolagInventor: Lennart Gustafsson

Patent number: 5097913Abstract: A percussive machine comprises a housing (10) with a cylinder (11) therein, in which a reciprocating drive piston (40) via a gas cushion in a working chamber (44) repeatedly drives a hammer piston (15) to impact on the neck (17) of a tool (20) carried by the housing (10). At empty blows with the neck (17) out of reach, the hammer piston (15) is thrown forwardly and caught pneumatically in a braking chamber (47) at the bottom end (12) of the cylinder (11). The braking is combined with an elastic yielding of the bottom end (12) against the action of a recoil spring (23) in the housing (10). The pressure in the braking chamber (47) during such yielding is controlled by throttling apertures (48) in the cylinder (11) uncovered by the bottom end (12). The hammer piston (15) is thus checked to halt pneumatically by throttling avoiding a collision with the bottom end (12) and takes an inactive position below ports (46) in the cylinder wall through which the working chamber (44) is relieved and ventilated.Type: GrantFiled: October 26, 1990Date of Patent: March 24, 1992Assignee: Berema AktiebolagInventor: Klas R.
