    Abstract: An improved intratracheal tube for ventilating the lungs of a patient is disclosed. The tube is generally triangular in crossection to facilitate insertion of the tube through the glottis of the patient. In addition, the tube has at least one lumen which is located anterior of the ventilation lumen in the tube.
