  • Patent number: 7810428
Abstract: At stamp manufacturing blank printing plate (3) and inked porous base plate are brought to contact for the moment of creation of printing pattern. Blank stamping member for pre-inked stamp consisting from blank printing plate (3), made from porous thermo-plastic material, printing plate's case (1) and porous base plate (2), filled by ink. Printing plate is attached to the case, but separated from the inked base plate by air clearance, due to what the printing plate is free from ink up to the creation of printing pattern onto its surface, whereas supporting elements (5) are used, that prevent the said air clearance to collapse spontaneously. When the stamping member is compressed in flash moulding machine, the printing plate is pressed against the inked base plate and become inked.

  • Publication number: 20090008828
Abstract: Method of manufacturing of the pre-inked rubber stamp from thermo-plastic material, based on selective closing of surface pores of raw printing plate (27) from porous thermo-plastic material by selective flash irradiation, comprising of preparing of transparent thin sheet material (30) with non-transparent original pattern of necessary stamp print-out, pressing raw printing plate, covered with the said transparent sheet with original pattern, against flat transparent cover (2) of a flash light source, exposing the said raw printing plate through the said transparent sheet by several flashes, the raw printing plate (27) together with the thin sheet (30) with original pattern is transposed along the transparent cover (2) of the flash light source between the flash expositions, a non-transparent cover (32) with opening for exposing and markings (33) is used.

  • Publication number: 20040003735
Abstract: Method and apparatus for manufacturing of pre-inkable rubber stamps from micro porous thermo-plastic material (6) by use of thermal head (1), where material is compressed by not less than 0.5 mm and the controller switches on and off the heating elements (2) of the thermal head (1) in accordance with a pattern received from the computer, creating by melting the surface of the said material ink non-permeable elements, characterized in that the surface with the heating elements of the said thermal head has appropriate configuration that the stretching out of melted surface layer (5) of the said material under the elastic tension of the material (6) releasing from the compression by the thermal head (1) is avoided.

  • Patent number: 5858298
Abstract: A method for closing of the pores of selected areas of the surface of thermo-plastic porous material (7), comprising heating of selected areas of the surface of the porous material (7) by light radiation. Simultaneously, the surface of the porous material (7) is compressed by a transparent smooth body (11). According to the embodiment (I), the surface of the porous material (7) is scanned over by one of the several focused light beams, that are switched on and off. According to the embodiment (II), between the porous material (6) and the smooth transparent body (11), a transparent means containing a light-absorbing pattern (9) of surface elements with pores being left open is placed, whereas the distance between the light-absorbing surface (10) and the surface (7) of the porous material (6) is at least 0.
