  • Patent number: 11915460
Abstract: A device implementing a system for providing predicted RGB images includes at least one processor configured to obtain an infrared image of a subject, and to obtain a reference RGB image of the subject. The at least one processor is further configured to provide the infrared image and the reference RGB image to a machine learning model, the machine learning model having been trained to output predicted RGB images of subjects based on infrared images and reference RGB images of the subjects. The at least one processor is further configured to provide a predicted RGB image of the subject based on output by the machine learning model.

  • Patent number: 11610351
Abstract: Computer-implemented method for transferring style features from at least one source image to a target image, comprising the steps of generating a result image, based on the source and the target image, wherein one or more spatially-variant features of the result image correspond to one or more spatially variant features of the target image; and wherein a texture of the result image corresponds to a texture of the source image; and outputting the result image, and a corresponding device. According to the invention, the texture corresponds to a summary statistic of spatially variant features of the source image.

  • Publication number: 20210081295
Abstract: Techniques are disclosed for controlling a device's operation based on an inferred state. More specifically, at each of a set of time points, execution of an application at an electronic device is detected. For each detected execution, an application-usage variable is determined. One or more aggregated metrics are generated based on aggregation of at least some of the application-usage variables. Based on the one or more aggregated metrics, a state identifier is identified that corresponds to an inferred state of a user of the electronic device. A device-operation identifier is retrieved that is associated with the state identifier. A device operation is performed associated with the device-operation identifier.
