    Abstract: A building module for the erection of plantable bin walls which can be used as freestanding, sound absorbing/reducing walls and retaining walls. Each module has two longitudinal bins separated and supported by a cross beam and two cross beams support blocks. The longitudinal bins run parallel to the wall plane and have weirs at both ends which retain water within the bin to support plant growth therein.
