Abstract: The invention relates to power plants which are based on the internal combustion engines (ICE) and can be used in vehicles: planes, cars, tractors, vessels, including boats, etc., as well as stationary and mobile power plants. Among positive effects which are reached by the invention,—improvement of charge-air cooling, and characteristics of charge-air-coolers.
