This disclosure reviews useful ways of bringing personal freedom and personal rights using methods that may be objective or subjective using methods that allow users to manage licensing and the fair use of their intellectual property and other information. Meaning an advanced technology that makes manifest the much-needed Enlightenment of the Internet desired by so many thoughtful and concerned people in the US and within the very vocal leadership of the EU. Communications sent between devices may be secured using encrypted such that only users of end devices or nodes may review data sent from another device.

Abstract: The present disclosure relates to methods, non-transitory computer readable medium, and apparatus consistent with the present disclosure relate to receiving responses to queries from different, alien to one another in form and substance species of intelligence, including human generated responses and responses provided by intelligent machines when identifying differences between the human sentiment based responses and analytical or functional machine based responses. A method consistent with the present disclosure may receive responses to a query from user devices that are associated with users that are humans, to identify a preferred human query response, preferably out of a selected or trained human swarm, from those received human responses, and to receive a response to the query that was generated by an intelligent machine. This method may then improve the operation of an intelligent machine over time through an iterative process.

Members of a particular group of persons may be considered a human swarm or a skilled human swarm that provide information relating to factors that prevent group members from making a commitment. Members of a human swarm may have been selected based on a series of tests that identify skilled persons. Once a particular sentiment is identified, that sentiment may be broadened or extended by combining information or by identifying differences (contrasts) between factors, answers, assessments, or forecasts provided by humans as compared to a machine intelligence, via an iterative process that statistically raises a level of participation with members that have strong sentiments regarding a class of products or services.

This disclosure is also associated with identifying apparatus/systems and methods that combine the skills of humans at sensing and understanding unusual situations with the capabilities of machines and artificial intelligence (AI) to create a better more reliable type of warning system for practical application when attempting to improve outcomes, especially in situations where a high consequence is associated with a low probability. The audiovisual system further includes a display generator to generate a mosaic representation of the program segments. The audiovisual system further includes a program selector to select a program segment in response to a user input. The selected program segment is selected based on the information of the metadata, whereby the audiovisual system selectively plays back selected program segments of the stored portion of the audiovisual data starting from selected program locations, thereby enabling a user to jump to and play back selected program segments.
