    Abstract: A mobile positionable service bench 20 comprising of a square U-configured base 22 and a vertical mast structure 56 mounted upright on a square U-configured base 22. A winch 68 mounted on vertical mast structure 56 and a cable 66 connected thereto and to the elevator assembly 75 is operable to raise and lower tool tray 105. Elevator assembly 75 is equipped with dollies 78a, 79a, 80a and 81a to maintain alignment and facilitate travel and load carrying capabilities. Tray support arms 97 will pivotally mount to elevator assembly 75 and provide lateral positioning capabilities of tool tray 105. Light bracket 121 on tool tray 105 will accept the stem base of light fixture 123 to illuminate the work area. Air chucks 161a, 161b, 161c and 161d and electric outlet box 152a, 152b, 152 c, and 152d provide outlets for either pneumatic or electrical tools.
