Abstract: A mobile elevator apparatus for transporting people between a ground surface and a raised landing of an adjacent structure includes a base having wheels for rollably supporting the base on a ground surface, a tower frame having a lower end mounted to the base and an upper end above the lower end, the vertical distance between the upper and lower ends defining a frame height. The apparatus includes a track secured to the tower frame and extending generally between the lower and upper ends thereof, and an elevator car coupled to the track and movable therealong between raised and lowered positions.
