Publication number: 20240176917Abstract: A system and method for hardening security within a physical location. At least one cable in the physical location is monitored for errors. In response to detecting an error on the cable a cable fault analysis procedure is performed to determine the location of the fault on the cable. A probability that the fault is caused by a threat actor is calculated based upon the location of the fault on the cable. The probability can be calculated using mixture modules of known nonthreat locations using supervised learning approaches. At least one security protocol at the physical location is implemented in response to the location of the fault having a probability that the fault location is related to a threat actor exceeding a threshold value.Type: ApplicationFiled: November 30, 2022Publication date: May 30, 2024Inventors: John S. Werner, Abigail E. Wise, Kyle Olson, Steven Leslie Shafer

Patent number: 11746763Abstract: A variable stroke high pressure pump is disclosed. The pump uses a wobble plate design with dynamically variable tilt to provide continuous adjustment of pump stroke length and output. Dynamically variable tilt is accomplished using a linearly actuated tilt thruster rotationally coupled to the drive shaft to maintain a selected tilt of the wobble plate through the rotation of the wobble plate.Type: GrantFiled: June 23, 2022Date of Patent: September 5, 2023Assignee: CW HOLDINGS LTDInventors: Jianki Wang, Zhe Huangpu, Milton Anderson, Xiaonan Zhai, Leslie Wise

Patent number: 7111689Abstract: An apparatus for transporting an injector assembly, such as an injector and a BOP, for coiled tubing to a wellhead may have a platform, such as a trailer, having a shaft attached thereto by at least one bracket. Pivotally on the bracket may be a boom, which may have telescopic sections, and at least one member, which may have a substantially boomerang shape. The member may be attachable to the bracket by an extendable boom fold actuator, and may be attachable to the boom via an extendable boom operating actuator. By selectively extending and contracting the boom fold actuators and the boom operating actuators, the boom may be selectively positioned between a transport mode, a vertical mode, and an operating mode. In this way, one assembly may be used to transport the coiled tubing and the injector assembly for connection to the wellhead, thus minimizing rig-up or set up time.Type: GrantFiled: May 7, 2004Date of Patent: September 26, 2006Inventors: Leslie Wise, Phil Houck, Jerry Provencher
