Abstract: A power starter for a rope started gasoline engine where an end of the crankshaft is modified to have an exterior with transverse pins or clutch surfaces which are engagable with a positive driver surfaces in a socket which is attachable to a power drill. The power drill is an alternative starting mechanism to a rope starter or vice-versa.

Abstract: A dental flosser which has a locking mechanism that effectively prevents slippage of floss string during use. Broadly speaking, the flosser includes a body and a handle threadably joined to the body. The locking mechanism includes a bore in the body through which the floss is threaded, a shoulder on the body, and a washer mounted on the body adjacent the bore. With the floss looped around the washer, threadably tightening the handle on the body compresses the floss between the shoulder and handle to prevent floss slippage. Preferably, the handle has a floss storage cavity and the body has an internal floss passageway extending to the tip of one of two prongs on the body. Loosening the handle allows floss to be drawn or dispensed from the one prong.

Abstract: A vehicle movement warning device particularly designed to deter vehicle theft by emitting a loud clatter if the vehicle is moved without authorization. Advantageously, the device also deters vehicle movement by providing a frictional impediment to movement, without damage to the vehicle. The device includes a pair of waffle surfaces, the first waffle surface being mounting to a wheel for rotation with the wheel. A releasable shift mechanism mounts the second waffle surface to the vehicle in a position for selective shifting movement into and out of engagement with the wheel-mounted waffle surface. Preferably, the shift mechanism comprises a spring biasing the second waffle surface into engagement with the wheel-mounted waffle surface and a solenoid for withdrawing and holding the second waffle surface out of engagement with the wheel-mounted waffle surface.

Abstract: A fuel supply system for the supply of a hydrocarbon fuel to an internal combustion engine. The system comprises a pressure storage vessel for storing a hydrocarbon fuel vapor under pressure, a compressor for withdrawing hydrocarbon fuel vapor from a liquid hydrocarbon fuel tank and feeding the vapor under pressure to the pressure storage vessel, a heater for maintaining the fuel vapor in a heated condition during use, and supply means leading from the pressure storage vessel for the supply of fuel vapor to an internal combustion engine during use.
