    Abstract: PVC impact modifier composition and clear modified PVC comprising PVC and a graft copolymer including from 60 to 70 wt % of a butadiene based rubber grafted with 40 to 30 wt % of a styrenic composition and a ethylenically unsaturated nitrile in a ratio of about 3/1 to 5/1. These compositions have excellent clarity and good impact properties.
