  • Publication number: 20170141591
Abstract: The battery charging device contains at least a first charging battery, at least a second charging battery, and a control module parallel-connected to the first and second charging batteries. The control module contains a control unit, a detection element, and a switch element. The control unit is configured with a current threshold. The detection element detects a total current from the first and second charging batteries. The control unit triggers the switch element to disconnect the first charging battery when the total current is greater than the current threshold. The control unit then triggers the switch element to reconnect the first charging battery when the total current drops below the current threshold.

  • Publication number: 20150349514
Abstract: A multifunctional electrical power output protection device includes a protection device having a circuit board. The circuit board is mounted in a receiving space of the protection device and includes an input port, an output port, a switching element, a detection element, and a manually-operating overriding device. The manually-operating overriding device is electrically connected to an end of the detection element. The switching element has an end electrically connected to the input port and an opposite end electrically connected to the output port. The detection element has an end electrically connected to the input port and an opposite end electrically connected to the output port. The switching element and the detection element that are connectable to an external power supply respectively provide an effect of preventing backward charging induced by a reverse electrical current and effects of over-loading interruption and current-limiting protection.

  • Publication number: 20140285020
Abstract: The portable power supply contains a circuit unit and a rechargeable battery. The circuit unit contains a conversion circuit, an AC output port, a DC input/output port, and a coupling port. The rechargeable battery is coupled to the coupling port. The DC electricity stored in the rechargeable battery is delivered to the circuit unit through the coupling port, and then to a first branch and a second branch. Following the first branch, the DC electricity is transformed a pre-determined AC voltage by the conversion circuit, and the AC voltage is delivered to an external electronic device through the AC output port. Following the second branch, the DC electricity is directly delivered to another external electronic device through the DC input/output port. Without connecting the external electronic device, the DC input/output port is capable of connecting to an external DC power source for charging the rechargeable battery.

  • Publication number: 20070148998
Abstract: An LGA connector contact (1) according to an embodiment includes a vertical retention portion (10) for being secured in an LGA connector, and an upper engaging portion (11) connecting to the retention portion for engaging a mating contact of an IC package. The upper engaging portion includes a curved connection section (111) for connecting to an upper part of the vertical retention portion, and a resilient arm (113) extending from the curved connection section. The resilient arm is configured to extend angularly relative to the retention portion. As compared with the prior art, the connection section is configured to have a gradually decreased width relative to the upper part of the retention portion. This configuration of the connection section will minimize stress imposed on the contact connection section, thereby avoiding fatigue of the connector contact.

  • Patent number: 7198493
Abstract: Provided is an electrical connector (3) including an insulative housing (20) defining a number of passageways (202) and a number of contacts (1) received in the corresponding passageways, respectively. Each passageway defines a T-shaped cross-sectional configuration including a narrow fastening slot (2021) and a wide receiving slot (2022) communicated with each other. The contact forms a planar medial section (14) interferingly secured in the fastening slot and a dome-shaped bulge (142) projecting from the planar medial section. A lying wall (2024) adjacent the narrow fastening slot correspondingly defines a recess (2023) to receive the bulge. Therefore, the contact can be securely retained in the passageway and free from disengaging or deflecting from the passageway.
