Abstract: A safety device for a juice extractor includes a switch unit connected to an outside of the feed channel and electrically connected to a power source of the motor. A collar is movably mounted to the feed channel and includes an insertion which is inserted into an opening in a handle of the juice extractor so as to activate the switch unit to drive the motor and the blade disc. When the collar is moved away from the handle, the insertion is removed from the switch such that the motor and the blade disc are stopped to ensure the safety for the users.

The drive shaft of the driving device is extended to the container, and a juicer shredder, a vegetable shredder or a meat grinder blade is selectively installed in the transmission shaft, which is connected to the drive shaft. The top cover is provided with two feed tubes, where the first feed tube is used for feeding vegetables and fruits in conjunction with a first pusher. The second feed tube is used for feeding vegetables or meat into a vegetable shredder or a meat grinder blade in conjunction with push of the second pusher. A safety switch is mounted between the feed tubes, and it allows only one pusher to operate in each sole feed tube thus avoiding the food being fed into the wrong feed tube.

Abstract: A food processor having gear-shifting function includes a machine body, gear-shifting and non-gear-shifting cutting assemblies. Each of the cutting assemblies includes a fixed seat and a rotating seat. The rotating seat is assembled onto the fixed seat via a shaft and a bearing, so that the rotating seat is able to freely rotate relatively to the fixed seat. The non-gear-shifting cutting assembly is not mounted with the gear-shifting mechanism; therefore, when the cutting assembly is installed on the drive shaft of the motor, the cutting assembly is to output at the same speed as that of the motor. The gear-shifting cutting assembly is disposed with a gear-shifting mechanism in the fixed seat. Therefore, when the drive shaft of the motor rotates, the shaft is to rotate by the gear-shifting output via the gear-shifting mechanism, which makes the blade mounted on the rotating seat to rotate at a gear-shifted speed.

The switching device is disposed by a feed channel of a juice extractor, and the actuating part is disposed on a food pusher. According to another embodiment of the present invention, the switching device is disposed by an opening of a cup body of the juice extractor and the actuating part is disposed on a lid. When the food pusher is put into the feed channel or the lid securely covers the opening of the juice extractor, the actuating part actuates the switching device to turn on the power. When the food pusher or the lid is removed, the switching device turns off the power, thereby achieving safety for operating the juice extractor.

Abstract: A grind blade assembly for juice extractors includes a fixed and ring-shaped upper grind blade with first teeth located on an underside thereof and a rotatable lower grind blade which is located beneath the upper grind blade and has a plurality of second teeth defined in a ring-shaped area of a top surface of the lower grind blade. The second teeth are located corresponding to the first teeth. A plurality of first blades protrude from the top surface of the lower grind blade and located close to the center of the lower grind blade. A plurality of second blades are located between the first blades and the second teeth on the lower grind blade.

Abstract: A pusher of a juice extruder includes a first part and a second part, wherein the first part is connected to an inner periphery of the inlet of the extruder and a lower end of the first part is located close to a center of the blade set of the extruder so that fruit can be fed away from the center of the blade set. The second part occupies the rest space of the inlet and push fruit toward the blade set. The fruit is located away from the center of the blade set so that the motor of the extruder is not locked.

Abstract: A control mechanism includes a driving device and a driven device coupling a bracket that is movably arranged in the deep fryer to the driving device. The driving device drives the basket upward/downward relative to the deep fryer. The driven device has a seat, a guiding slot, a limit having a guiding shaft extending upward to correspond to and be received in the guiding slot and an enclosure enclosing the seat and fixed to a portion of the driving device. A recoil spring is arranged at a rear side of the limit and the pushbutton.
