  • Publication number: 20060008895
Abstract: Disclosed is a microarray chip for allergy-related immunoglobulin detection, especially for quantitative detection of total IgE and allergen-specific immunoglobulins (such as specific IgE, specific IgG, and specific IgM), which comprises a solid substrate, a reactive layer fabricated on the solid substrate, and at least one allergen or substance capable of binding to immunoglobulin of interest. Whereby, use the result of quantitative detection for allergen-specific IgE to determine hypersensitivity level. In addition, a method for allergy-related immunoglobulin detection using the microarray chip is present, which uses a secondary monoclonal antibody to minimize non-specific binding and applies an enzymatic reaction to amplify reaction signal. An efficient way is thus obtained, which not only reduces time consumption but also provides quantitative measurement.

  • Patent number: 6772828
Abstract: A cooling fin assembly includes a cooling fin in a U-shaped rectangular tank disposed with fastening lugs at the front and rear of the upper surface thereof; the sides of the U-shaped tank extended downward with notches provided at the front and rear of the inner edges thereof; skew protruding fastening flanges provided at the interior of the notches to correspond with the aforesaid fastening lugs at the upper surface of the U-shaped tank. During assembly, the fastening lugs of a cooling fin are fitted around the fastening flanges of another cooling fin, so as to display the outer edges of the cooling fin as even planes, thus forming larger areas for heat dissipation. In addition, the notches and the fastening flanges are hidden designs that enable a cooling fan disposed at the cooling fin to decrease air friction and increase air force, thereby obtaining an optimal cooling effect.

  • Patent number: 6766852
Abstract: A heatsink plate includes a bottom wall and two opposite side walls. Each of the two opposite side walls has a first side, a second side, and a concave shoulder located between the first side and the second side. The second side of each of the two opposite side walls has two opposite ends each formed with a positioning ear. Thus, by design of the positioning ear and the concave shoulder, the heatsink plates are closely combined with each other rigidly and stably without any gap being defined therebetween, so that the airflow passes through the combined heatsink plates more conveniently, so as to reduce the air shear force and increase the air flow rate of the ventilating fan, thereby enhancing the heat dissipation effect.
