    Abstract: Disclosed is a method of manufacturing a semiconductor device. The method includes forming a patterned hardmask over an underlying target layer on a substrate; and performing plasma fabrication operations in parallel on the patterned hardmask and underlying target layer in a plasma etching chamber using a plasma etch gas and a selective source gas. The plasma operations include forming a protective cap on the patterned hardmask; and removing portions of the underlying layer that are not covered by the patterned hardmask. In various embodiments, the selective source gas includes a chemical compound that includes a halogen gas that can be dissociated into a metal and a halogen, and the plasma operations include dissociating the metal and the halogen in the selective source gas and forming a protective cap on the patterned hardmask using the metal that has been dissociated.

    Abstract: The invention relates to a glass frit being a mixture of a first glass frit comprising tellurium oxide and bismuth oxide as main components and a second glass frit comprising tellurium oxide and lead oxide as main components, wherein the mixture of the first glass frit and the second glass frit comprises 40 to 55% by weight of tellurium oxide, 15 to 25% by weight of lead oxide and 5 to 15% by weight of bismuth oxide. The invention further relates to a conductive paste for forming electrodes on a semiconductor substrate, the paste comprising 85 to 92% by weight of an electrically conductive metal, 1.5 to 3.5% by weight of the glass frit and organic medium. The conductive paste is used for forming electrically conductive grid lines on semiconductor substrates for solar cells.

    Abstract: A connector applied to a portable device includes a wireless module, a connection module, at least one connection socket, a controller, and a memory. The wireless module is used for establishing a wireless connection between the portable device and the connector. The connection module is used for communicating with an external device. The at least one connection socket is used for connecting the connection module with the external device. The controller is coupled between the wireless module and the connection module for transmitting data between the wireless module and the connection module and executing commands to control the wireless module and the connection module. The memory is used for storing the commands required for the controller and is used as a data register to boost a data transmission rate between the portable device and the external device.
