The pipette docking assembly includes a pipette station, a pipette station guard, and a reservoir (e.g., a buffer tube). A method for transfecting a cell with a payload including providing an electroporation system, providing the cell, providing the payload, introducing the cell and the payload into a pipette tip, and electroporating the cell within the pipette tip by operating the electroporation system.

Abstract: A semiconductor device includes a source/drain feature over a semiconductor substrate, channel layers over the semiconductor substrate and connected to the source/drain feature, a gate portion between vertically adjacent channel layers, and an inner spacer between the source/drain feature and the gate portion and between adjacent channel layers. The semiconductor device further includes an air gap between the inner spacer and the source/drain feature.

Abstract: A license plate frame structure, essentially comprising at least a soft flexible frame body the front and the rear sides of which are respectively extended inwardly to form a first frame side portion and a second frame side portion so as to clamp a license plate therebetween. The screw fasteners provided on the license plate is hided at the rear side of the first frame side portion so that exposure of sharp edge of the license plate can be avoided so as to prevent slash accident. The width of the first frame side portion is made to be smaller than that of the second frame side portion which is closely clamped between the license plate and the vehicle, so that stability is improved to avoid falling. Further, a mild light-reflective portion is provided on the soft flexible frame body to achieve apparent alert function.

Abstract: A method and a system for maintenance of engineering change data are provided. A form generation module generates an electronic form for maintenance of engineering change data according to access rights and search conditions input from a user via a terminal device. A verification module compares engineering data before and after being modified by the user to determine if engineering data, unexpected to be changed, are modified by the user; if yes, the verification module generates an alert message to confirm this modification with the user. A transfer module transfers the electronic form with the engineering change data to an associated responsible unit for verification and approval. A maintenance module updates and upgrades version of engineering data in a database and a backend data processing system once the engineering change data are verified and approved. By the above method and system, operational errors and invalid data modification are eliminated.

Abstract: A method and a system for processing engineering change orders are provided. An electronic document generation module searches engineering change order data from a database according to search conditions entered by a user via a network terminal device and accordingly generates an engineering change order in the form of an electronic document file. An access authorization module finds associated responsible departments and access rights thereof from the database corresponding to the engineering change order. Then, an electronic document transfer module transfers the engineering change order to the responsible departments where data of the engineering change order are processed according to the access rights of the responsible departments and receives the processed data of the engineering change order from the responsible departments.

Abstract: A method and a system for applying a part number are provided, for allowing a user to apply a part number through a network terminal device via a network communication system, with data relevant to part number application being stored in a database. First, a form search module searches a part-number application form from the database according to operation conditions input by the user for allowing the user to input data for applying a part number. A data comparison module determines if this part number already exists or is currently being applied by another user; if yes, the data comparison module provides relevant data to this part number as a reference for the user who intends to apply the part number; otherwise, a data verification module transmits the part-number application form to examination units for verification. Finally, a data storage module stores the examined part-number application form in the database.
