    Abstract: Aspects of the disclosure provide a semiconductor device. The semiconductor device includes a memory stack of gate layers and insulating layers. The gate layers and the insulating layers are stacked alternatingly and are formed into stair steps in a staircase region. Further, the semiconductor device includes a landing stack formed on the stair steps in the staircase region. The landing stack includes an upper layer that is etch selective to a contact isolation layer that covers the staircase region. Then, the semiconductor device includes a first contact structure on a first stair step of the stair steps. The first contact structure extends through a first contact hole in the contact isolation layer and the landing stack. The first contact structure is connected with a first gate layer (e.g., a top gate layer) of the first stair step.

A method for measuring an electron beam using the device for measuring electron beam is also provided.

    Abstract: The present disclosure may generally relate to the field of polymer synthesis and provide a method for preparing branched poly(2-hydroxyethyl methacrylate) at room temperature by inverse emulsion polymerization. The method may include: using benzoyl peroxide as an oxidant, and 2-methyl-N-[3-(methyl-phenyl-amino)-propyl]-acrylamide as a reductant monomer to form a redox initiation system, water, and toluene as media, a nonionic surfactant as an emulsifier, 2-hydroxyethyl methacrylate as a monomer, reacting at room temperature and normal pressure to obtain branched poly(2-hydroxyethyl methacrylate). In the present disclosure, the polymerization system may be simple and stable, and the synthesis and purification of the reductant monomer may be simple, greatly reducing the polymerization cost. The reaction may not need temperature control and pressure control, with low energy consumption, easy operation, and less impact on the environment.
