Abstract: A radio signal jamming device for preventing mobile phone use by a driver when a vehicle is in operation includes a radio signal jammer capable of interfering with the normal operation of a mobile communication device, a controller, and a vehicular interface. The radio signal jamming device is activated when the vehicle is moving and thus preventing the mobile phone carried by the driver from sending and receiving mobile phone calls or text messages.

Abstract: An apparatus and method for selectively answer incoming calls. The incoming calls are answered differently depending on calling telephone numbers. If an incoming call is from a calling telephone number listed in a non-answer list, then an answering machine according to the present invention will not answer nor record a message for the incoming call.
