The control unit is electrically connected to the first light-emitting unit and configured to switch the illumination system between a high-performance mode and a high-chroma mode, wherein when the illumination system is in the high-performance mode, the control unit controls a current ratio of the second light-emitting element to be greater than a current ratio of the first light-emitting element, and when the illumination system is in the high-chroma mode, the control unit controls the current ratio of the second light-emitting element to be less than the current ratio of the first light-emitting element.

    Abstract: A method of reconstructing transcranial images using a dual-mode ultrasonic phased array includes steps of: controlling channels to emit energy toward an intracranial target point of a patient; respectively generating backscattered radiofrequency (RF) data by using the channels to receive backscattered energy reflected from the intracranial target; and reconstructing an acoustic distribution image based on those backscattered RF data in real-time. Compared with Pre-Treatment Ray Tracing Method, the present invention can display intracranial pressure distribution in real-time; compared with MR Thermometry, the present invention can be applied to low-energy applications without temperature change; and compared with Passive Cavitation Imaging, the present invention can stably present acoustic distribution images without relying on microbubbles.

In split CU-DU RAN architectures, the CU-CP is connected with multiple compute control functions (CF) and service functions (SF) that have different computing hardware/software capabilities. Different architectures depend on whether the SF is collocated with the CU-UP, the CU-UP and SF only serve compute messages, a compute message is supplied directly to the CU-UP or also traverses the CU-CP. In response to reception from a UE of a compute message containing data for computation being sent to the CU-CP through the DU, the CU-CP sends the data to the SF with identifiers and sends the result to the UE.

    Abstract: Inverted pillar capacitors that have a U-shaped insulating layer are oriented with the U-shaped opening of the insulating layer opening toward the surface of the substrate on which the inverted pillar capacitors are formed. The bottom electrodes of adjacent inverted pillar capacitors are isolated from each other by the insulating layers of the adjacent electrodes and the top electrode that fills the volume between the electrodes. By avoiding the need to isolate adjacent bottom electrodes by an isolation dielectric region, inverted pillar capacitors can provide for a greater capacitor density relative to non-inverted pillar capacitors. The insulating layer in inverted pillar capacitors can comprise a ferroelectric material or an antiferroelectric material. The inverted pillar capacitor can be used in memory circuits (e.g., DRAMs) or non-memory applications.
