  • Publication number: 20240144467
Abstract: A hot spot defect detecting method and a hot spot defect detecting system are provided. In the method, hot spots are extracted from a design of a semiconductor product to define a hot spot map comprising hot spot groups, wherein local patterns in a same context of the design yielding a same image content are defined as a same hot spot group. During runtime, defect images obtained by an inspection tool performing hot scans on a wafer manufactured with the design are acquired and the hot spot map is aligned to each defect image to locate the hot spot groups. The hot spot defects in each defect image are detected by dynamically mapping the hot spot groups located in each defect image to a plurality of threshold regions and respectively performing automatic thresholding on pixel values of the hot spots of each hot spot group in the corresponding threshold region.

  • Patent number: 11524828
Abstract: A tamper evident bag has front and rear panels connected together along opposite first and second side edge margins and a bottom edge margins that define a bag interior and a first bag opening therebetween. The first and second side edge margins include first and second peripheral side edges. The front and rear panels each have a tear line with a first end and a second end, the first and second ends being adjacent to and spaced apart from the first peripheral side edge. The first and second ends of each tear line being spaced part. The tear lines extend over the front and rear panels but remain spaced from the second side edge margin. Each tear line defines a respective tear out section on the front and rear panels. The tear out sections are joined along the first side edge margin and are configured to be removed to create a second bag opening.

  • Patent number: 10604305
Abstract: A tamper evident bag includes a top panel and a bottom panel connected together to define a bag interior between the top and bottom panels. The top panel defines a receiving opening sized and shaped for inserting one or more items into the bag interior. The top and bottom panels each have a tear line with a first end and a second end, the first and second ends being located at the first side edge margin. The first and second ends of each tear line being spaced apart. The tear lines extend over the top and bottom panels and define respective tear out sections of the top and bottom panels. The tear out sections are joined along the first side edge margin and are configured to be removed to create an exit opening.

  • Patent number: 10106297
Abstract: A bag has a bag body that defines an interior and opening. A reclosable closure repeatably closes the opening. A header includes a covering flap connected to the bag body and has upwardly and inwardly angled side edge margin. Zones of weakness defining a tear strip extend across the covering flap. The covering flap can be attached to the bag body while covering the closure. To access the closure, the tear strip is torn away. The bag can also have a removable panel, which can be attached to the removable panels of other bags to form a header pack. The bag body and covering flap can be removed from the header pack by being torn along another zone of weakness between the covering flap and removable panel that has a lower tear strength than the zones of weakness defining the tear strip.
