    Abstract: Disclosed is the use of a JAK inhibitor [1,2,4]-triazolo-[1,5-a]0pyridine compound in the preparation of drugs for treating autoimmune, inflammatory or allergic diseases, or diseases such as transplant rejection. The JAK inhibitor [1,2,4]-triazolo-[1,5-a]-pyridine compound comprises a compound as shown in formula (I), an isomer thereof or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof. The JAK inhibitor has a good efficacy in animal model tests of diseases such as autoimmune, inflammatory or allergic diseases.

    Abstract: The disclosure relates to a self-adaptive oil spraying control system and method for a biodiesel engine. The control system includes an exhaust pipe, a gas sensor, a control module and an oil sprayer, wherein the exhaust pipe is connected to the oil sprayer, the gas sensor is mounted in the exhaust pipe, and the gas sensor and the oil sprayer are connected to the control module respectively. According to the control method, a main spray advance angle of the engine is subjected to closed-loop control directly through comparison between an idling steady state NOx emission signal and an idling steady state NOx emission value of pure diesel when the engine uses the biodiesel, so that emission of NOx in the exhaust is reduced. Compared with the prior art, the disclosure has the advantages of no need of detecting a biodiesel ratio, high efficiency, good effect and the like.

    Abstract: Techniques are provided for the scheduling of file pre-fetches from a file system into a cache memory, to reduce subsequent latency associated with future accesses to those files. A methodology implementing the techniques according to an embodiment includes monitoring accesses to files of the file system (e.g., file open and file read operations) and maintaining a record for each of the accessed files. The record includes an identifier of the file, the number of accesses of the file, and the number of cache memory misses associated with those accesses. The method also includes storing the record into a file access history database (FAHD). The method further includes generating, in response to an Operating System (OS) shutdown, a frequently used file list (FUFL) based on the FAHD. The method further includes pre-fetching files identified by a selected subset of the FUFL to the cache memory during an OS boot.
