Abstract: A target training apparatus includes an axle shaft, and the axle shaft includes three rebounding portions. Each one of the rebounding portions can be rotated relative to the axle shaft in order adjust angles among each one of the rebounding portions. In addition, each one of the rebounding portions can be positioned onto the axle shaft after the position thereof are set completely. The present invention utilizes three rebounding portions arranged at different angles as different ball striking targets, and the diversity of the ball bouncing direction is increased in order to improve the athlete training effect.

Abstract: A goal frame includes a frame. The frame is mounted with a ball net to form a goal when the frame is in an unfolded state. The frame includes support members, at least one connecting member, and posts. The support members are pivotally connected to the connecting member. The connecting member has stop portions corresponding to the support members. When the support members are blocked by the stop portions, the frame is in the unfolded state. When in the unfolded state, the posts are mounted to the support members, respectively. The posts are detachable. The support members are limited by the ball net and the corresponding stop portions to retain the goal frame in the unfolded state. The assembly of the goal frame is simply. The pivot shafts of each unit member are pivotally assembled with the pivot holes of an adjacent unit member. A counter weight member is assembled in the rail. The counter weight member has a seat connected to a counter weight block. The counter weight member moves along the rail by the sliding of the seat in the rail.

A user wears the waist exercise device on his waist and twists his waist and moves his hips to fling the balance weight to revolve around the annular rail and to drive the slide base to slide along the annular rail. Thus, muscles in the waist, the abdomen, and the hips of the user are trained and strengthened. Since the annular rail does not repeatedly press against the waist and the abdomen, exercising with the waist exercise device does not cause damage to the muscles in the waist, the abdomen, and the hip, does not injure the spine, and is safe.

Abstract: A composite training goal includes a main frame having a plurality of posts and a goalkeeping frame having a handle lever movably assembled to the front of the main frame. A rail is defined in each of bottom surfaces of upper posts of the main frame and a front surface of a lower post at the rear thereof. Two rods are respectively upwardly attached to opposite ends of one upper post and a net is detachably attached between the rods whereas another net is attached to the posts of the main frame. A plurality of pulleys are respectively rotatably attached to the top surface of an upper horizontal trellis extending from an upper edge of the goalkeeping frame whereas another plurality of pulleys are rotatably attached to a rear surface of a rear bar of a lower horizontal trellis extending from a lower edge thereof.
