    Abstract: A sensor includes a grayscale digital light processing (g-DLP) 3D printed monolithic substrate with at least one microfluid channel. The monolithic substrate is formed from a resin configured to form a solid polymer using g-DLP 3D printing with a Young's modulus ranging from 0.1 MPa to 100 MPa. The resin includes a donor moiety, an acceptor moiety different than the donor moiety, a rigid moiety, a photoinitiator, and a photoabsorber. The donor moiety is in the form of an acrylate monomer with a side group, the acceptor moiety is in the form of an acrylate monomer with a side group, and the rigid moiety is in the form of an acrylate monomer with a side group. Also, the sensor can include a sensor fluid disposed within the at least one microfluid channel.

In the method for detecting a broken fanout wire, the display substrate includes a base substrate having first and second surfaces opposite to each other, and a plurality of connection structures disposed at intervals on the first surface; and each connection structure includes first and second pads and a fanout wire electrically connecting the first pad to the second pad. The method for detecting a broken fanout wire includes: forming at least one detection unit, which includes: connecting at least two connection structures in series through a connecting part; and measuring a head and an end of the detection unit to obtain resistance of the detection unit, and determining whether there is a broken fanout wire in the detection unit.

    Abstract: A resin for adhesive bonding to fabrics includes between about 80 wt. % and about 90 wt. % of a monomer, between about 10 wt. % and about 20 wt. % of a cross-linking agent with two or more acrylic acid groups separated by a flexible linker, between about 0.5 wt. % and about 1.5 wt. % of a photoinitiator, and between about 10 wt. % and about 15 wt. % of a thickening agent. The monomer as a melting point less than 25° C. and the flexible linker has subunits such as methylene glycol, ethylene glycol, propylene glycol, butylene glycol, and combinations thereof. Also, the resin forms a bond with polyurethane coated nylon fabric and the bond exhibits an adhesion strength greater than a tensile strength of the polyurethane coated nylon fabric.

    Abstract: A cross-coupling control method for moving beam of gantry machine tool is disclosed, which relates to the technical field of CNC machine tool control. The cross-coupling control method includes: Step 1: establishing a crossbeam dynamics model considering a ram on the crossbeam, and at the same time simplifying the model for an observer design; step 2: realizing a PID control parameter adjustment of motors at both ends in accordance with a method of parameter tuning of a unilateral servo control system; using a servo system with the same control parameters to jointly drive the crossbeam up and down, realizing the synchronous control and realizing PID control parameter tuning for both end motors. The disclosure not only reduces the synchronization error caused by the torsion of the crossbeam, but also solves the synchronization error caused by the asymmetric load on both sides, and improves the system robustness and stability.

The wire was prepared by subjecting an Al—Ti—B intermediate alloy containing TiB2 particles generated in situ to severe plastic deformation to obtain an intermediate alloy containing TiB2 nanoparticles having a particle size of 50-1,000 nm or a mixture of two different particles; using the intermediate alloy containing TiB2 nanoparticles as a matrix raw material, adding other metal or intermediate alloy for smelting to obtain an alloy melt; preparing a wire blank with the alloy melt; subjecting the wire blank to hot rolling, drawing, intermediate annealing and surface treatment to obtain an Al—Zn—Mg—Cu alloy wire reinforced by particles at nano scale or submicron scale.
