    Abstract: An LED lamp includes a heat sink, a plurality of LED light boards, an LED driving power and a diffuser. The heat sink has a long hollow tubular structure. The heat sink includes a top plate and a plurality of mounting plates, and an angle is defined between two adjacent mounting plates. The LED light boards are arranged on outer surface of each mounting plate. The outer surface of the top plate is exposed to air. The diffuser covers all the LED light boards, and is connected with the heat sink. Two end covers are separately arranged on two ends of the heat sink. The LED lamp in the present disclosure has the advantages of compact structure, good heat dissipation effect, large luminous angle, good waterproof effect, convenient connection and so on.

By qualitatively determining the degradation type of the fuel cell stack, the degradation condition of the entire fuel cell stack may be obtained.

The system adopts a dual-input PLL stellate coupled structure or a dual-input PLL butterfly-shaped coupled structure, and delay of the whole loop is made to be an integral multiple of the reference signal by synchronizing the transmitted reference signal with the received reference signal, so as to ensure synchronization of local oscillation signal of each IC chip. The transmission wire based on an adjustable left-handed material is used as a delay wire to connect the dual-input PLL, thereby achieving low loss and reducing the physical distance of the delay wire. The system has the advantages of small area, low loss, strong adaptability and strict synchronization in various environments.

    Abstract: Embodiments described herein propose an approach for unsupervised structure extraction in task-oriented dialogues. Specifically, a Slot Boundary Detection (SBD) module is adopted, for which utterances from training domains are tagged with the conventional BIO schema but without the slot names. A transformer-based classifier is trained to detect the boundary of potential slot tokens in the test domain. Next, while the state number is usually unknown, it is more reasonable to assume the slot number is given when analyzing a dialogue system. The detected tokens are clustered into the number of slot of groups. Finally, the dialogue state is represented with a vector recording the modification times of every slot. The slot values are then tracked through each dialogue session in the corpus and label utterances with their dialogue states accordingly. The semantic structure is portrayed by computing the transition frequencies among the unique states.

The sensor includes a charger for repetitively applying first and second voltages to charge the sensed capacitance to first and second charge values in first and second phases respectively. A sampler provides first and second sample signals that are a function of the first and second charge values respectively. An accumulator uses an accumulator signal to provide the output signal. The accumulator repetitively uses the first sample signal incrementally and the second sample signal decrementally in providing the accumulator signal. The accumulator signal is a progressive function of the sensed capacitance but tends to cancel a noise in the first and second sample signals at frequencies less than a repetition rate of operation of the accumulator.
