    Abstract: Methods of making high-pixel-density LED structures are described. The methods may include forming a backplane substrate and a LED substrate. The backplane substrate and the LED substrate may be bonded together, and the bonded substrates may include an array of LED pixels. Each of the LED pixels may include a group of isolated subpixels. A quantum dot layer may be formed on at least one of the isolated subpixels in each of the LED pixels. The methods may further include repairing at least one defective LED pixel by forming a replacement quantum dot layer on a quantum-dot-layer-free subpixel in the defective LED pixel. The methods may also include forming a UV barrier layer on the array of LED pixels after the repairing of the at least one defective LED pixel.

    Abstract: The present application discloses a glass fiber sizing composition. The glass fiber sizing composition comprises effective components and water, and has a solid content of 4.0% to 6.0%; and the effective components comprise a silane coupling agent, a film former, a lubricant, a surfactant, a leveling agent, an interfacial reinforcing agent, a wetting agent, a defoaming agent, and a pH regulator. A glass fiber produced by the sizing composition has desirable strand integrity properties, softness and high dispersibility after a certain tension; the glass fiber also has high permeation velocity and complete permeation effect in the epoxy resin. The glass fiber shows excellent interfacial compatibility with the resin, and is suitable for weaving technology, especially for producing a heavy wind blade fabric. A composite formed by vacuum infusion of the fabric and the epoxy resin has desirable static mechanics and fatigue properties.

    Abstract: The present invention discloses a sludge anaerobic fermentation treatment method with simultaneously enhanced acid production and phosphorus removal. The method includes steps of: (1) adding waste activated sludge into an anaerobic reaction system, with a concentration of a total suspended solid (TSS) of 10000-15000 mg/L; (2) maintaining a pH value of the waste activated sludge at 10±0.1; adding powdery magnetite of 0.3-0.9 g/gVS S. Compared with simple alkaline conditions, in the method of the present invention, an accumulation amount of short chain fatty acids (SCFAs) in a fermentation broth is increased by 20%, and a content of orthophosphoric acid is reduced by 10%. The method can further improve the enhancing effect by using sulfuric acid to modify the magnetite, the accumulation amount of SCFAs can be increased by 36.7% at most, and the content of phosphorus and refractory organic substances can be reduced by 32.4% and 40.4% at most, respectively.
