The first standard temperature is higher than or equal to the second standard temperature.

The arrangement of the photo-sensitive touch element neither changes the sequence of manufacturing the layers of the display substrate, nor affects the illumination of the touch display substrate and is suitable for manufacturing a large-size touch screen.
