A first transcript may be determined by a speech recognition engine and based on the first audio data. A plurality of predicted queries may be determined by applying a prediction process to the first transcript. A response for each of the plurality of predicted queries may be determined by processing the plurality of the predicted queries. Second audio data associated with a second portion of the voice query (e.g., a complete voice query) may be received. A second transcript may be determined by the speech recognition engine and based on the second audio data. Based on comparing the second transcript to one of the plurality of predicted queries, a response for the voice query may be returned.

    Abstract: The present invention provides a method for producing a virus and a harvesting solution composition. The method includes culturing cells, wherein the cells have been inoculated with viruses or have been transfected with viral packaging elements; and contacting the cultured cells with a harvesting solution composition to harvest the viruses by one-step, wherein the harvesting solution composition comprises a trypsin, a pH buffer and optionally a nuclease, and the pH of the harvesting solution composition is greater than 7.5 and no more than 10.5. The virus production method of the present invention has advantages of simple operation, easy scale-up, stable yield and so on, and the yield is unexpectedly and significantly improved compared to the prior art, and it can ensure the integrity of the viral particles without damaging the biological activity of the viruses. Therefore, it is very suitable for large-scale production of viruses.

The bacteriologically-modified whole-cell tumor vaccine has been demonstrated to have desirable therapeutic effect in tumor model mice.

With the proposed method, multiple optimized candidate solutions can be obtained within an iteration, and then a matrix laboratory (e.g., MATLAB) is used to call numerical simulation software Eclipse in parallel to conduct actual evaluation on the candidate solutions simultaneously, so that optimization time of complex problems can be greatly reduced. With the method of the present disclosure, the efficiency of solving an oilfield production optimization problem can be speeded up to a greater extent than in the art, and the final optimization effect can be improved.
