  • Publication number: 20210331922
Abstract: The present invention discloses a process for preparing sulfur from reduction of sulfate/nitrate by iron-carbon and recovering desulfurization/denitration agents. High-concentration SO2 flue gas produced by calcination of a sulfate and NOx produced by heating decomposition of a nitrate can be directly reduced to elemental sulfur vapor and N2 through reaction with an iron-carbon material at a high temperature. Then, after dust removal, cooling and fine dust removal, sulfur is recovered by a sulfur recovery device, and metal oxides can replace alkaline mineral resources such as limestone as raw materials of desulfurization (denitration) agents. This process can recycle the desulfurization and denitration agents.

  • Publication number: 20180300691
Abstract: The present disclosure provides a method and system for scheduling pieces of materials based on a real-time status of a device. Scheduling rules for scheduling the pieces of materials are obtained according to determined parameters. It is determined whether all designated transmission and process tasks of the pieces of materials are completed. If the designated transmission and processing tasks of the pieces of materials are completed, terminating the scheduling of the pieces of materials. If the designated transmission and, processing tasks of the pieces of materials are not completed, each of the scheduling rules for scheduling the pieces of materials according to real-time status information of the device are traversed, and according to a traversing result, operation instructions corresponding to the scheduling rules for scheduling the pieces of materials are executed.

  • Patent number: 10020183
Abstract: A method for processing a stack with an etch layer below a mask is provided. The mask is treated by flowing a treatment gas, wherein the treatment gas comprises a sputtering gas and a trimming gas, providing pulsed TCP power to create a plasma from the treatment gas, and providing a pulsed bias, wherein the pulsed bias has a same period as the pulsed TCP power, wherein the pulsed TCP power and pulsed bias provide a first state with a first bias above a sputter threshold and a first TCP power, which causes species from the sputtering gas to sputter and redeposit material from the mask, and provide a second state with a second bias below the sputter threshold and a second TCP power, wherein the second TCP power is greater than the first TCP power, which causes species from the trimming gas to chemically trim the mask.

  • Patent number: 9991128
Abstract: Methods and apparatus for etching substrates using self-limiting reactions based on removal energy thresholds determined by evaluating the material to be etched and the chemistries used to etch the material involve flow of continuous plasma. Process conditions permit controlled, self-limiting anisotropic etching without alternating between chemistries used to etch material on a substrate. A well-controlled etch front allows a synergistic effect of reactive radicals and inert ions to perform the etching, such that material is etched when the substrate is modified by reactive radicals and removed by inert ions, but not etched when material is modified by reactive radicals but no inert ions are present, or when inert ions are present but material is not modified by reactive radicals.

  • Publication number: 20080190907
Abstract: A method of connecting metal materials to each other, wherein a pin fitted to the tip of a metal bar-like rotating tool (10) is inserted between the end pan of a metal member (I) and the end part of a metal member (1?), and moved, while rotating, along the longitudinal direction of these end parts. By this frictional heat is generated between the metal members (1) and (1?) and the rotating tool (10), and the metal member (1) is connected to the metal member (1?). The rotating tool (10) is formed of a wide shoulder (12) and a thin pin (11) formed at the tip thereof and inserted between the end parts of the metal members. The pin (11) is a right circular cylindrical pin. The side face of the pin (11) is formed in a smooth curved surface, and a thread groove is not formed therein.
