The method further includes providing another RF signal to an edge electrode within the plasma chamber. The other RF signal is generated based on the frequency of operation of the first RF generator. The method includes receiving a first measurement of a variable, receiving a second measurement of the variable, and modifying a phase of the other RF signal based on the first measurement and the second measurement. The method includes changing a magnitude of a variable associated with a second RF generator to achieve the pre-determined factor.

The monolithic aerogel slab can have a transmittance >94% at 8 mm thickness. The window retrofit can be bonded to a glass sheet.

    Abstract: The disclosure relates to a tight-integrated navigation method assisted by Elman neural network when GNSS signals are blocked based on the tight-integrated navigation system model of the INS and GNSS. The dynamic Elman neural network prediction model is used to train the inertial navigation error model and the GNSS compensation model, so as to solve the problem of tight-integrated navigation when the GNSS signals are blocked. When the GNSS signals are blocked, the trained neural network is used to predict the output error of GNSS and compensate the output of inertial navigation, so that the error will not diverge sharply, and the system can continue to work in the integrated navigation mode. The low-cost tight-integrated navigation module is used, and the collected information is preprocessed to form the sample data for training the neural network to train the Elman neural network model.

Silica aerogel synthesis methods are described. A solar thermal aerogel receiver (STAR) may include an opaque frame defining an opening, an aerogel layer disposed in the opaque frame, with at least a portion of the aerogel layer being proximate the opening, and a heat transfer fluid pipe in thermal contact with and proximate the aerogel layer. A concentrating solar energy system may include a STAR and at least one reflector to direct sunlight to an opening in the STAR.

    Abstract: Techniques and solutions are described for receiving query results from one or more query services. A system implementing disclosed techniques can receive an identifier for the query used by a query service and an identifier for the query used by the issuing computer system. The query service and the computer system that issued the query can use different schemas for query results. A mapping can be established that maps elements of one schema to the other schema. This mapping, and a mapping of the query identifiers, can be used to convert query results to a format useable by the computing system that issued the query. By converting query results from multiple query services, which may have different formats, to a common format of the issuing computing system, the use of multiple query services is facilitated.
