Abstract: A diagnostic system and method for a pressure regulator in a process plant is provided. The diagnostic apparatus includes a processor operatively coupled to the pressure regulator; a memory operatively coupled to the processor; and a sensor operatively coupled to an inlet valve of the pressure regulator, an exhaust valve of the pressure regulator, and the processor. A diagnostic module is stored in the memory, and when executed by the processor, presents a diagnostic tool at a user interface.

Abstract: Apparatus (10) comprises a base (12), a plurality of posts (14) attached to the base (12), and a platform (16) defining a surface (18) for supporting at least one mail tray. The platform (16) is coupled to the four posts (14) and is moveable therealong between a first position (20) and a second position (22) (shown in phantom lines) below the first position (20) when a first object (e.g. a full tray) is supported on the surface (18) of the platform (16). As other full trays are stacked on the apparatus (10), the platform (16) is displaced further from the first position (20) until eventually it reaches the base (12). When the full trays are unloaded from the apparatus (10), the platform (16) rises upwards, returning to the first position (20) when none remain on the surface (18). As the platform (16) rises, a space (32) between the platform (16) and the base (12) opens up and is a convenient place to store empty trays.

The system includes a data source; a data repository comprising a single-sourced reference file; a database comprising a multi-sourced reference file, the multi-sourced reference file having a first unique business identification number corresponding to a business entity; and an intelligence engine processing incoming data from the data source. The intelligence engine determines whether the incoming data matches the multi-sourced reference file and adds the data to the multi-sourced reference file when the data matches the multi-sourced reference file. The intelligence engine also determines whether the incoming data matches a single-sourced reference file contained within the data repository when the data does not match the multi-sourced reference file.

Abstract: A lift device mounted on a vehicle is provided for lifting a vertically movable assembly mounted to the vehicle. It has a primary lift arm in pivotal relation to the vehicle with a near end and a distal end disposed generally above the assembly. A secondary lift arm is pivotally mounted on the primary lift arm and has a free end. A hanging mechanism secures the assembly to the free end to suspend the assembly from the free end. A positioning mechanism raises and lowers the distal end of the primary lift arm to raise and lower the assembly and to hold the assembly off of the ground on which the vehicle travels. An elastic member attenuates resultant forces originating at the assembly and transmitted from the secondary lift arm to the primary lift. The forces are therefore absorbed preventing transmission of the forces to the vehicle.

Abstract: A vehicle plow suspension system designed for use with a large object such as a plow blade is disclosed. The suspension system is disposed between and connected to the plow blade and its associated positioning means, and comprises an expansion spring coaxially mounted about a two-way shock absorber in a sealed housing. The suspension system operates to attenuate both the relative movement between the plow blade and its associated vehicle, and the resultant forces thereby transmitted from the plow blade to the vehicle.

Abstract: A plurality of supports are arranged about the periphery of the mouth of a fabric mail bag. The supports are formed of an elongate first part and an apertured second part. The supports have their first parts permanently secured to the fabric of the bag so that then second parts extend orthogonally therefrom. The supports serve to attach the bag to external supports and to normally bias the mouth open.
