    Abstract: The present invention discloses a method for cultivating a plant resistant to gray leaf spot. The proteins provided by the present invention are obtained from corn and named as ZMPK protein, and are the proteins represented by seq. 2, seq. 4, seq. 7 or seq. 9 in the sequence list. Nucleic acid molecules encoding the ZMPK proteins are also within the scope of the present invention. The invention further sets forth a method for preparing a transgenic plant, comprising the step of: introducing the nucleic acid molecules into a starting plant to obtain the transgenic plant with reduced resistance to gray leaf spot. The invention further sets forth a method for preparing a transgenic plant, comprising the step of: knocking out or inhibiting the expression of the nucleic acid molecules in a starting plant to obtain the transgenic plant with increased resistance to gray leaf spot. The present invention is of great application value to the breeding of corn resistant to gray leaf spot.

    Abstract: The patent discloses a method for efficiently collecting and purifying Orobanche cumana (O. cumana) germination stimulants using aeroponic system and solid-phase extraction (SPE), including the following steps: (1) sunflower seeds germination, then planting sunflower seedlings in aeroponic device, and cultivating the sunflower seedlings in the aeroponic system; at the aeroponic stage, phosphorus-containing aeroponic nutrient solution is first used to cultivate the sunflower seedlings for 20 to 25 days, and phosphorus-free aeroponic nutrient solution is then used instead to subject the sunflower seedlings to starvation cultivation for 5 to 7 days; and (2) passing all nutrient solutions in the aeroponic device through an SPE cartridge for SPE to extract O. cumana germination stimulants. The obtained O. cumana germination stimulants are diversified, and have high concentration and purity.

In the method, a tail node device in a measurement domain receives a first iOAM packet, and determines whether the first iOAM packet includes an important data identifier. If the first iOAM packet includes the important data identifier, the tail node device generates, based on the first iOAM packet, a notification message that includes first node information, and sends the notification message to a management device in an iOAM network. According to the solution in the embodiments of this application, only when the received first iOAM packet includes the important data identifier, the tail node device generates the notification message based on the first iOAM packet and reports the notification message.
