  • Publication number: 20090249621
Abstract: The invention concerns a method for making a miniaturized device in volume comprising at least one component and its connection integrated in a support matrix. Said matrix is formed by a deposition technique of the direct writing type, which consists in selectively depositing successive layers of material in fluid form.
    Type: Application
    Filed: November 30, 2005
    Publication date: October 8, 2009
    Inventors: Michel Rochat, Lionel Lemaire
  • Patent number: 7063792
Abstract: A method for separating a metal (a) from a metal (2), preferably zirconium from hafnium, which consists in dissolving said metals in an aqueous solution wherein said metals are in a state preventing them from passing through a nanofiltration membrane; treating the aqueous medium with a ligand, for example EDTA, which is complexed with metal (1) and/or metal (2), then in passing the resulting treated medium on a filtering membrane allowing through the ligand-metal complexes, but retaining the metals not complexed with the ligand.
    Type: Grant
    Filed: September 10, 2001
Date of Patent: June 20, 2006
Assignee: Compagnie Europeenne du Zirconium CEZUS
Inventors: Noël Ozanne, Marc Lionel Lemaire, Alain Jean-Louis Guy, Jacques Henri Foos, Stéphane Pellet-Rostaing, Frédéric Chitry

  • Patent number: 6200916
Abstract: The invention concerns a manufacturing method for an orange/red zirconia article characterised in that it includes the following steps: forming a mixture including a zirconia powder, 3 to 20% in weight of a stabilising agent, 0.1% to 5% in weight of powders for forming a vitreous phase, including SiO2, Al2O3 and Y2O3, 0.01% to 10% in weight of a copper oxide powder (CuO); forming a second mixture including said first mixture and a binding agent; forming a green body of the article from said second mixture; sintering for at least thirty minutes at a temperature comprised between 1,350 and 1,500° C. in ambiant atmosphere, and annealing the desired article at a temperature comprised between 700° C. and 1,350° C. for a period of time comprised between 30 minutes and 20 hours in an inert or reducing atmosphere having an oxygen partial pressure comprised between 10−10 and 1 atmosphere, and polishing said sintered article.
