    Abstract: The invention relates to a tool for cutting hollow plastic articles comprising a base and a blade movably mounted on a support. The support is fixed to the base and the blade is displaceable between an open position for receiving an article between the base and the blade and a closed position after cutting. The base includes an anvil having a slot for receiving a part of the blade in the closed position. The support includes a calibrated guide which ensures rectilinear displacement of the blade between the open and closed positions.

    Abstract: The device comprises fixation members to be fixed onto the batten, a rod selectively driven in translation with respect to the fixation members, parallely to the batten, a push member which is fixed onto one end of the rod, and driving members that are rigidly connected with said fixation members for driving the rod according to a longitudinal axis of the rod in an advance direction for which the push member is arranged before the rod. The fixation members comprise a cramp forming stirrup which is fitted with a screwable block for adapting a transverse size of the stirrup to the width of the batten, and a knuckle member for selectively fixing the stirrup on the batten.
