    Abstract: A propelling device comprises a floating plate and an attached floating body. The floating plate has a hole surrounded by a flange at the upper part, the flange provided along the two sides of the floating body sit on the flange of the floating plate. An electric ON/OFF switch is fixed on the floating body to control a motor provided to drive a propeller, besides, a speed switch is provided to control the speed of the motor.
