Abstract: A layout of a semiconductor memory device includes a substrate and a ternary content addressable memory (TCAM). The TCAM is disposed on the substrate and includes a plurality of TCAM bit cells, where at least two of the TCAM bit cells are mirror-symmetrical along an axis of symmetry, and each of the TCAM bit cells includes two storage units electrically connected to two word lines respectively, and a logic circuit electrically connected to the storage units. The logic circuit includes two first reading transistors, and two second reading transistors, where each of the second reading transistors includes a gate and source and drain regions, the source and drain regions of the second reading transistors are electrically connected to two matching lines and the first reading transistors, respectively, where the word lines are disposed parallel to and between the matching lines.

The guide way is configured for slidably receiving a rail and includes a guide body and a mounting piece located on the guide body. The mounting piece is detachably engaged with the support. The sliding member is slidably installed on an outer surface of the guide body and includes a sliding body and an arm piece extending from the sliding body. A resilient member is secured to the sliding body and the guide body. The positioning member is secured to an inner surface of the guide body and includes a side flange. The sliding member is slidable between a first position and a second position.

Abstract: A slide rail assembly includes a mounting panel, a slide rail secured to the mounting panel, a clipping member, and a driving member. The slide rail includes an outer slide. The outer slide includes a retaining panel attached to an outer surface of the mounting panel. The clipping member is attached to an inner surface of the mounting panel for preventing the slide rail from moving in a direction that is substantially perpendicular to the mounting panel. The driving member is slidably attached to the outer slide and abuts the clipping member. The clipping member is deformable to disengage from the mounting panel when the driving member slides relative to the outer slide.

The first part defines a first air channel and a second air channel. The second part defines a third air channel communicating with the first air channel and a fourth air channel located at a side of the second air channel. A guiding wall is located in the second air channel and extends from the second air channel to the fourth air channel. When air flows from the first part to the second part of the first air guiding duct, air flows from the first air channel to the third channel to cool a first electronic component, and flows from the second air channel to the fourth air channel by the guiding wall to cool a second electronic component.

The handle is rotatable between a locked position, where the at least one drive bracket is immovable from the casing, and a released position, where the at least one drive bracket is released from the casing.

Abstract: A server enclosure includes a chassis, a slide assembly, and a hard disk drive (HDD) bracket.
