  • Publication number: 20220105289
Abstract: This system and method for automating oxygen monitoring and dosing in real time for a patient on oxygen therapy is disclosed. The system includes a flow regulator coupled to an oxygen source for operably controlling a flow rate of oxygen from the oxygen source to the patient; a wearable device configured to be worn by the patient for measuring physiological parameters of the patient to monitor a physiological status of the patient; and a controller in wireless communication with the wearable device and the flow regulator for receiving the measured physiological parameters from the wearable device, and controlling operations of the flow regulator to regulate the flow rate of oxygen from the oxygen source for providing a desired amount of oxygen to the patient based on the physiological status of the patient.

  • Patent number: 7069752
Abstract: An agitator assembly includes an agitator body and an auger body mounted on the upper end of the agitator body. There are at least three separate helical flighting segments on the auger body. Bearings are provided at the upper end of the auger body and at the lower end of the auger body. At least one of the bearings limits both radial and axial movement of the auger relative to the agitator whereas the other of the bearings limits only radial movement of the auger relative to the body. Inlet openings are provided adjacent the lower surfaces of the auger flightings permit fluid to enter the interior of the auger barrel. An elastomeric ring is provided for attaching a fabric softener dispenser to the agitator assembly and for permitting grasping and removal of the dispenser.

  • Publication number: 20050050762
Abstract: A laundry appliance includes a cabinet, a drying chamber, a door assembly, a blower assembly and an air passage for directing an airflow to the drying chamber. A media holder is removably positioned in the air passage to suspend a volatilizable media in the path of the airflow. The media holder includes a main body having rear wall formed from a latticework frame, an interior for receiving the volatilizable material, and a door member. The door member is also formed from a latticework frame. With this arrangement, both the rear wall and door member include a plurality of openings to allow an airflow to carry a fragrance or other substance from the volatilizable material through the air passage to treat clothes placed in the drying chamber.
