A biller directory, including the registration information and the unique biller identifiers, is accessed based on the unique biller identifiers in the instruction, to retrieve the payment card account number. A payment is initiated to the business via the special payment transaction over the payment card network, based on the retrieved payment card account number.

Briefly described, in architecture, one embodiment of the system, among others, can be implemented as follows. Logic is configured to associate a launched computer call-center application with a user-session. A graphical user interface control is further included to enable a user to switch between a plurality of user-sessions, wherein the first user interface is capable of being independently positioned on a desktop of the computer. Briefly described, in architecture, one embodiment of the system, among others, includes logic configured to display a user interface for initiating a command to launch a business application on a computer display of a user; logic configured to associate a launched business application with a user-session; logic configured to display all of the business applications of an active session on the computer display; a first user interface control for allowing a user to initiate a command for organizing the displayed applications of the active session in a predetermined alignment across the computer display; and logic configured to arrange the displayed application of the active session after receiving the command from the user. A graphical interface control to launch execution of a plurality of computer applications is provided on the computer desktop. In addition, one embodiment of the system includes first logic configured to display a launched first computer application within a first graphical window on the desktop. The first graphical window is capable of being positioned on the desktop by a user, where the positioning of the first graphical window is independent from the positioning of the graphical interface control. In some embodiments, the plurality of computer applications includes call center applications.
