    Abstract: The disclosure discloses a method for manufacturing special purpose vehicle wheels by using 7000 series aluminum alloys, comprising the following steps: step 1, smelting 7000 series aluminum alloys in a smelting furnace; step 2, making the solution obtained in step 1 into an aluminum alloy ingot blank through a spraying and forming process; step 3, extruding the aluminum alloy ingot blank of step 2 to obtain an extrusion bar; step 4, sawing the extrusion bar into blanks and heating them; step 5, rolling the blank into a cake; step 6, putting the cake into a press for forging and forming; step 7, spinning and forming the wheel rim. The wheel manufactured by the method for manufacturing special vehicle wheels with 7000 series aluminum alloys in the present disclosure has high and stable conductivity, qualified impact test and good bending and radial fatigue performance.

    Abstract: A delay device and a control method of transmission delay capable of performing temperature compensation are provided. The delay device includes a first current source, a second current source, a first resistor, and a delay adjustment circuit. The first current source is configured to provide a first current with a constant temperature coefficient. The second current source is connected to the first current source in parallel and is configured to provide a second current with a negative temperature coefficient. A first terminal of the first resistor is coupled to the first current source and the second current source. A second terminal of the first resistor is coupled to a reference ground terminal. The first resistor generates a control voltage at the first terminal of the first resistor according to the first current and the second current. The delay adjustment circuit is coupled to a transmission wire.

    Abstract: A drag-reducing separator plate for a moonpool, wherein the upper part thereof is a straight wall perpendicular to the sea level, the lower part thereof is connected to a baffle, and a connecting portion is connected between the straight wall and the baffle. The connecting portion may be in the shape of an arc. The shape of the drag-reducing separator plate matches that of the rear wall of the moonpool. During navigation, the drag-reducing separator plate is located in the middle or front of the moonpool, and can cooperate with a drag-reducing notch on the rear wall of the moonpool to greatly reduce the drag induced by intense sloshing of water in the moonpool during navigation of an offshore vessel. When offshore operations are performed under a station keeping condition, the drag-reducing separator plate is moved to the rear wall of the moonpool to avoid hindering the offshore operations.

    Abstract: A floating dockable liquefied natural gas supply station, comprising: a main hull, a bottom base and a positioning system. The bottom base comprises a base plate or at least two base plates. The base plate is securely connected to a lower lateral side of the main hull by means of a splicing securing system. Therefore, the main hull and the bottom base of the floating dockable liquefied natural gas supply station can be assembled in a modular manner. It is possible to individually construct the main hull and bottom base of the floating dockable liquefied natural gas supply station, and to then use a modular method for connecting and assembling same on the ocean or on land, thus being able to flexibly form various types and dimensions of supply station, allowing for docking transport vessels accommodating various loading capacities of liquefied natural gas (LNG), and reducing the construction cost thereof.

    Abstract: The present invention relates to a lining material of a nonmetal flexible composite pipe and a preparation method. The lining material consists of the following components in the following proportions: 89.5-99.4 wt % of a polymer matrix, 0.5-10 wt % of inorganic particles and 0.1-0.5 wt % of an antioxidant. The preparation method comprises the following steps: (1) preparation of raw materials: raw materials are weighed in a mass ratio for later use; (2) compounding and plasticizing: inorganic particles, a polymer matrix and an antioxidant are added into a twin-screw extruder or a mixer at an extruding or mixing temperature of 190-360° C., and extruded and cooled for later use; and (3) pelleting: the materials after the compounding and plasticizing obtained in the step (2) are pelleted in a pelletizer to obtain the lining material of a nonmetal flexible composite pipe.
