The organic light-emitting display panel comprises an array substrate; a transparent cover plate; and an organic light-emitting layer configured between the array substrate and the transparent cover plate. The organic light-emitting layer comprises: a first electrode layer including a plurality of first electrodes, a plurality of first touch electrodes extending in a first direction, arranged in a second direction, and disposed in a same layer as the first electrode layer, and a plurality of second touch electrodes.

In the method, communication devices are triggered via a maintenance request to objectively record communication data, and an online maintenance server is set for analyzing the collected communication data to find out the fault reason. In this way, the communication procedure and maintenance procedure are separately performed, which is convenient for the communication service provider to solve problems.
