The incentive offer may be associated with a plurality of choices designed to entice the customer to review the incentive offer in exchange for discounted or free access to the content. The method may further include receiving, from the customer, a selection of at least one of the plurality of choices. The method may continue with modifying the customer data based on the selection. Future incentive offers may be based on the modified customer data.
