Abstract: A media system for providing audience with a fully immersed experience that integrates virtual scenes with live physical scenes. The media system utilizes a special set to perform a live performance. The performance is recorded, while simultaneously being projected onto a projection surface for audience viewing. The projection is processed to include a virtual environment and allows the audience to have an immersed and profound experience. The present invention provides audiences with a feeling as if they were part of the scene.
